  EDIT: Since posting my review the doctor managing the medical centre has called me and apologised saying that since I made it into the medical centre before their closing time I should have been seen by the doctor whom I had originally booked an appointment with. I do appreciate the time and effort spent in contacting me to apologise - which is why the review has now changed from a 1 star to 3 stars.

  I've been coming to this practice for a few months now having recently moved interstate. Dr Pham, Patrick Kubel (physio) and the practice staff are welcoming and actually listen, huge relief being able to find a good practice and that bulk bills making it affordable. Recommend.

  Booked an appointment at the last time slot wanting to leave enough time to get there from work (took a bit of leave just so I can leave work earlier) - there was a bit of traffic - ended up getting there 5 minutes late got told that the doctor will not be seeing me coz I was late! There was already another patient inside seeing the doctor and another patient outside waiting (they were much later than me) yet I was the one who got told nope doctor is not seeing you because you were late...BY 5 MINUTES yes that's right 5 minutes! I was also told that because I had not told them I was going to be late yet I got a call from the receptionist if I could come in earlier 10 minutes before my appointment I told them then that I may be a bit late. She told me then that because I was a new patient it would take me some extra time (but that was not stated when I booked online!) the two other patients were much later than me also because of transport issues yet I was the one they refused. I don't think it's acceptable that because I was 5 minutes late that I got refused to be seen! I suppose this doesn't matter since I will never EVER come back to this medical centre EVER AGAIN!

  Waited half an hour to see and inexperienced Dr. Katrina from Poland. My wife went in with half her face swollen and numb, she actually implied it is too complicated for her and GP only see conjunctivitis and 'stuffs like that'. OMG! Is she a Dr.???!!!

  Poor service. Waited for more than 30 minutes. Even I booked the appointment and yet still late. Inexperience doctor .Terrified to be honest
